To compact folder for Outlook Express / Outlook V6.0
- At menu bar, select File -> Folder -> Compact All Folders then wait until the program is completed.
Microsoft Outlook 2003
- At menu bar, select Tools -> E-mail Accounts
- In e-mail path, select View or change existing e-mail accounts then click Next (skip this step if E-mail Accounts appear).
- Select -> Email Account that required then select change
- Click on More Settings
- Go to Advanced tab
- Click on Offline Folder File Settings
- Click on Compact Now then wait until the program is completed.
Microsoft Outlook 2007
- Right click on Personal Folders -> Properties for "Personal Folders"
- Click on Advanced
- Click on Compact Now then wait until the program is completed.
Microsoft Outlook 2010
- Right click on Outlook Data File -> Data File Properties
- Click on Advanced
- Click on Compact Now then wait until the program is completed.
